XSL Bundle allows you to export any ticket lists in XLS format
In OTRS there are several types of ticket lists for agents - overview of queues, statuses, escalations, dashboard widgets, search results. XSL Bundle allows you to export ticket lists in XLS format.
- Saving the list of tickets in XLS format from reviews of queues, services, statuses, escalated requests; from dashboard widgets, from search results.
- Ability to upload reports in XLS format
- New ticket overview on the client portal with the ability to add columns and filters
- Ability to upload the list of tickets on the client portal in XLS format

Please use the following URL to install the package utilizing the Admin Interface (please note that you need to be in the "admin" group).
The steps for installing the package are described in the official OTRS instructions for the Administrator.
Minimal requirements to hardware for OTRS:
- Processor 3 GHz Xeon or comparable
- RAM 8 GB RAM
- Disk space 256 GB
- OTRS Community Edition 6.0
