Ticket Owner Agent For Subject

Add-on simplifies the overview of ticket assignments to agents.
The first name and last name of the agent are added to the "Subject" field on the "Change Owner" form when a ticket is assigned to this agent (Action = AgentTicketOwner),
The agent first name and last name is added in the format: [The default note subject - Agent Firstname Lastname].
Please use the following URL to install the package utilizing the Admin Interface (please note that you need to be in the "admin" group).
